Semifinal de la Super Copa Telcel 2014

Este fin de semana el autódromo Monterrey vivió la emoción de la ronda semifinal de la Super Copa Telcel 2014. Ciudad que en esta ocasión vio al multicampeón Nahún Álvarez triunfar tal y como lo ha venido haciendo en las citas anteriores de este serial de velocidad dentro de la clase MexBike Series.
El de Michoacán logró llegar en el primer lugar de la categoría Expertos SS1 de la clase MexBike Series tras imponerse con un tiempo en el crono de 15:35.680. Por su parte el segundo y tercer lugar se lo llevaron los aguerridos pilotos Ulysses Escobedo y Alain Escobedo, pilotos que a lo largo de toda la temporada han dado dura batalla a Álvarez con tal de agenciarse un lugar en el podio.
Por su parte en la categorías Intermedios SS fue Noe Flores, Rubén Hernández y Gigio Alonso los que lograron posicionarse como los tres mejores de su clase.

Nahun Álvarez González was born the 3th of februart of 1976 at Morelia Michoacán, he is a Mexican professional motorcycle racer and multiple Nationwide Champion, who has excelled in motorsports, being considered one of the greatest motorcycle racers of all time in Mexico.



Since he was a little boy, his mind was on having a motorcycle and drive it, at the beggining he never thought about going so far, but the time show him that the pasion for velocity becomes a lifestyle.

Nahún did bicicross from his 12 to his 15 years, and he always liked motorcycles, but his family couldn't afford one at the time, it was until he was 17 when he got a motorcycle of his own, by selling some things he had, then with some effort and work he approached the 'Mil Cumbres de Morelia' team.

In 1997 Nahún started writing his history as amateur sportsman, and after a few years, and after advices and lesson given to hime by his first mentor, Alejandro Tano Torres, Álvarez debuted in professionalism in the year 2000.

Since his first year as a professional, Nahún manages to become a national champion, since then and till now, he has achieved this distinction, also having the privilege of running in Spain, Dominican Republic, and USA

In 1997 Nahún started writing his history as amateur sportsman, and after a few years, and after advices and lesson given to hime by his first mentor, Alejandro Tano Torres, Álvarez debuted in professionalism in the year 2000.

Both feet, both kneedles, his wrist, his left clavicle, and one of his shoulders luxated, also his acl broken, are some of the 25 injuries Nahún Álvarez González has acumulated over his career, wich are the prize he gets to pay for being the national champion he is today.

With more than 300 trophies in his house, Nahún cares about companies supporting the sport, because for him it isn't about making money and becoming rich, but about encouraging the sport and motorcycling. His quality as sportsman is proven.
